Junior Training Specialist

Our client, a leading Biotech company based in Rotkreuz, is looking for somebody to support the Training Team in R&D for Compliance and Effectiveness within the Learning Management System Cornerstone.
As Junior Training Specialist (m/f/d) you contribe directly to the success of the organization in a dynamic and culturally diverse environment and assist with administrative tasks.

Start Date: Asap - latest start date: 01.06.2024
End Date: 30.04.2025 with extension opportunities
Workload: 60% - 80%
Location: Rotkreuz (CH)
Work model: Contracting

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Provide support on the technical side of our Learning Management System (Cornerstone) to the entire department on various subjects
(Tool Support: managing learner groups, learning assignments and training packages, reporting, handling Learner’s requests)
Create documentation, reference materials, job aids, and handouts as needed
Participate in the community of training administrators
Help in audit preparation and support regarding the topic training and compliance

Must Haves:

Apprenticeship in office administration or Bachelor/ Master in Business Administration or similar
Minimum 1 year work experience in commercial field or service sector, ideally in Learning/Training
First experience in working with Cornerstone or similar Learning Management System
Good knowledge and affinity with tools and quality (MS products, GSuite, GDrive, JIRA)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and very good German skills are necessary
IT affinity
