ServiceNow DevOps Engineer

For our client in Bern, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and open-minded ServiceNow DevOps Engineer

You join an Agile team where you will help in the analysis of new application & capabilities. You will work with business and developers to bridge the knowledge. Your understanding of complex solution and needs will be put to use through various tasks:
• Analysis
• Requirement transcription
• Acceptance criteria definition

Your tasks:

Data model adaptations in ServiceNow
Domain separation and cross-domain reuse
Service automation and instantiation
Integration of external automation frameworks and data stores
Portal creation based on business service portfolios and external UX design
Reporting and service dashboards, especially for billing and monitoring

Your profile:

Several years of experience in the role of DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
At least 5 years of ServiceNow experience
Advanced knowledge in object-oriented design methods
Additional desired experience in:
- Microservice architectures
- Python programming
- SQL and graph databases
High flexibility and adaptability
Self-organized and responsible (agile mindset)
Ability to work in cross-cultural environments
Experience with agile methodologies
Very good English skills (written & spoken), German or French are assets
