Our client is seeking a talented Project Scheduler to lead scheduling efforts for mechanical adaptations and operational improvements in a mammalian production line. Your expertise will ensure seamless alignment between engineering, operational, and compliance activities, all while upholding the highest GMP standards.

Location: Visp, Wallis

What You’ll Do:

Develop and maintain comprehensive schedules, integrating EPCM and compliance activities
Act as a central coordination hub across engineering, production, and quality teams
Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with QA/QC teams to align compliance activities with project milestones
Leverage tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project to manage schedules effectively

What You’ll Bring:

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Project Management
3–5 years of scheduling experience in a regulated GMP environment, ideally in biopharma
Expertise in project scheduling tools and GMP compliance processes
Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively across teams
