Parenteral formulation and Process Development Scientist

Our client is seeking a driven and innovative Formulation and Process Development Scientist to advance groundbreaking pharmaceutical products such as oligonucleotide modalities (ASOs, siRNA) and radioligand therapies. This role focuses on planning, performing, and documenting scientific experiments to support drug product development. The scientist will collaborate with multifunctional project teams and contribute to lab instrument maintenance, ensuring alignment with drug development processes and adherence to HSE guidelines. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, hands-on experience in pharmaceutical development, and a commitment to innovation.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Plan, organize, and document scientific experiments for drug product development in collaboration with project teams.
Perform data analysis, propose next steps, and address challenges using scientific literature and technical tools.
Ensure adherence to HSE guidelines, lab instrument maintenance, and alignment with drug development processes.

Ihr Profil:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field with 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical development.
Expertise in parenteral product development, formulation, and process development, with preference for experience in NBE, oligo, or RLT.
Proficiency with laboratory tools and techniques such as lyophilization, spray drying, and analytical equipment
