Herolinda Jusaj

Herolinda Jusaj is a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Coopers Group AG and supports the Coopers IT & Engineering team in recruiting specialists and executives.

Herolinda studied economics at the University of Basel. Before joining Coopers Group AG, Herolinda worked for an international textile company as a Department Manager. There she was responsible for the recruitment of new employees, among other things.

When Herolinda is not at work, you can find her among flower arrangements and balloon garlands in her small studio. Because Herolinda is not only happy in recruitment, but in her spare time she is also an event planner. Her passion for interior design and decoration serve her well, as does her strong perfectionism. Except when it comes to karaoke, where she's allowed to miss a note or two. A song by Dua Lipa, on the other hand, can't be missed! Because strong, independent women are admirable to Herolinda. At Coopers, we do too, which is why we are proud to have so many on our team.
