Our specialized talent acquisition pros recruit the right candidates for you – from our talent pool with over 16’000 candidates or through active sourcing.

We only present qualified candidates who have been put through their paces by us. We keep looking until we have found your perfect match.

We have found the right person! For permanent positions, your HR department takes care of the contractual matters and the onboarding. In case of temporary placements (contracting), Coopers hires the candidate and lends him or her to your company for the limited duration of the project; we take care of all contractual matters.

We aim for long-term partnerships – with all stakeholders. That is why we maintain regular contact long after successful placements and why you are in good company at Coopers.
