Jan-Philipp Schwarz

Jan-Philipp Schwarz, Business Manager Perm in Basel, is responsible for the recruiting processes of our permanent positions. He and his team support and consult our clients during the whole recruitment process, from IT, Engineering, Finance & Banking to Life Sciences. He is personally in charge of Executive Search, as well.

Jan-Philipp studied business before starting his career within one of the biggest recruiting companies, successfully building teams in IT, Healthcare and Engineering.

Jan-Philipp, JP as we call him, particularly appreciates the hilarious (and sometimes pointless) conversations within the Coopers team. We do not mind if his tongue is quicker than his mind - that is how we know and love him. What he loves is his family, the SC Freiburg, sports carts and golf. What makes golf special to him is the combination of competition against himself, against others and the pressure with every tee shot. Anyone who meets JP better keeps an eye on the clock, because unpunctuality drives him crazy. Oh, and if you want to hear a funny story about JP, bicycles and roadblocks in the dark, best ask him in person sometime.
