Luana Gaeta works as Talent Acquisition Specialist at Coopers iET AG in Zurich.

Luana completed an apprenticeship as a commercial clerk EFZ with E profile. After successfully graduating, she worked for several years in administrative and customer service positions in different industries. Luana has a talent for languages and worked in German, English, French as well as Italian.

Equipped with a determined personality, Luana is very interested in topics related to personal development – both in herself and in others (perfect for a job in recruiting). She devours many books on the subject (such as The Laws of Winners by Bodo Schäfer and Good vibes, Good Life by Vex King) or listens to Tobias Beck's podcast. This me-time is a very important source of inspiration and energy for her. When she puts her books down, Luana can be found in the gym or swimming. Her creative side comes to life with content creation on social media and she is currently even working on her own podcast (we will report back!).
