Tarik Kesen

Tarik works as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Coopers and recruits IT specialists for public administrations.

Tarik is a certified Kaufmann E-Profil and before joining the Coopers Group AG, he worked for six years as an HR consultant in life sciences. In this role, he was responsible for the recruiting and payrolling of two well-known major pharmaceutical companies.

If only he could fly, that would be Tarik's preferred superpower. On the one hand, to save on airfare, and on the other, to escape the scramble for the center armrest. Plus, he could easily get away from potential heel-heavy stomping from neighbors in not-so-soundproof apartments, which drives him crazy. Instead, he prefers a prayer in the peace and quiet of nature without any external influences. Out there he also plucks leaves, which is one of Tarik's little tics that has already made him reach into quite a few thorny bushes, ouch. To cheer him up, it's best to give him his beloved Kinder Bueno or let him draw comics on his iPad. If you mean particularly well, a BWM M2 would also give him a lot of pleasure, because he would buy it straight away if he won the lottery.
