5 Questions for Ness

In order to get to know her a little bit better, we asked Ness to select and answer five questions from a list of questions. Let's get to it:

1) Dog or cat?
Cats 100%! I have two furry Siamese buddies Tikky and Theo, who love entering calls, playing hide and seek or singing very romantic songs about empty food bowls at 4am. They are very adorable, and I absolutely cannot imagine my life without them anymore.

2) How does your perfect Sunday look like?
On Sundays we visit the parents of my partner and enjoy lunches made by Papa, who is keen on cooking. Family time and good food is a perfect Sunday scenario for me.

3) Do you have hobbies? Which ones and why?
I am interested in how our body works and how we can cure different illnesses with food and eating habits. I have completed courses as dietician-nutritionist and share my knowledge with friends and family, just as a hobby. I also practice yoga and meditation daily what helps me to stay grounded and to live in harmony with myself. I always respect the power of inhaling deeply and exhaling completely in stressful situations.

4) You are the host for your friends, what food will you serve?
As I am originally from Belarus, I am a huge fan of potatoes. So, for my friends I would make traditional Belarusian dishes with potatoes and meat (Draniki) and also Borschtsch (beetroot soup with meat). Hope my friends will enjoy, but I definitely got excited while answering this question.
If a friend comes over just like this, there is always Prosecco and chocolate in my fridge.

5) What was the best decision in your professional career?
The best decision was to move to Switzerland. I had packed 23 years of life in a pink suitcase and started all over again from scratch. It was not easy, but I never regretted it. This experience taught me a lot and showed me what I am capable of.
