About the Role:
As a Sourcing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of procurement operations, ensuring seamless alignment between global strategies and local requirements. Your expertise will drive supplier management, process optimization, and continuous improvement, making a tangible impact on operational efficiency and value creation.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead procurement operations within the region, delivering high-quality customer service and compliance.
• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, contracting, and performance evaluations.
• Utilize eSourcing tools to execute sourcing processes and implement innovative procurement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement goals with business needs.
• Support the development of new strategies through regular feedback and operational data analysis.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, specifically with technical products
• Proficiency in SAP P1U and a deep understanding of procurement methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English and German
