This role focuses on managing and leading the solution integration testing for diagnostic solutions, ensuring they align with customer environments and expectations. Responsibilities:

Lead Solution Integration Testing: Develop and implement structured test strategies for diagnostic solutions, ensuring smooth integration into customer environments.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Manage and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful testing, tracking milestones, and resolving any issues.
Enhance Customer Experience: Align solutions with clinical processes, ensuring the product adds value to the business and delivers a seamless experience for the customer.

Requirements:

Relevant Educational Background: BS/MSc in science, engineering, or a related field, ideally with additional business-related qualifications.
Project Management and Stakeholder Management Experience: Proven experience in project management, defining customer experiences, and managing stakeholders effectively in a collaborative environment.
Diagnostics Industry and Clinical Process Expertise: Extensive experience in the diagnostics industry, with a strong understanding of clinical processes in laboratories to showcase product value.
