Coopers BBQ Sea­son’s Open­ing 2022

Season's opening for BBQs at the Coopers garden!
After our monthly team meeting last Wednesday, we opened the Coopers barbecue season. For our monthly meetings, the entire Coopers Family always gathers at the Basel office. We really enjoy this, especially after the last two pandemic years. Therefore, we give personal exchange within the team a lot of room on these days. And what better way to do this than with a convivial afternoon including delicious food and a beer or two for a toast – fortunately, the weather played a long and we enjoyed the warm sunshine.

Coopers Monthly Meetings

Our monthly meetings are an essential part of our internal communication. We update each other on what's happening in our branches, how our specialized recruiting teams are doing, share strategic and operational news, and anything else worth mentioning. And this month we got to mention something extra special – starting in 2023, every Coopers will get one additional week of vacation per year, for a total of six weeks of vacation! The joy was accordingly great.
Christian Biedermann (Managing Director) and Denise Stuker (Operations Director) want to contribute to a healthy work-life balance. They firmly believe that we do not just live to work – rather, life is about fulfillment, i.e. a life in which we enjoy our work and that leaves enough time for personal interests, for travel, for family and friends. Combined with our four weeks of workation, the six weeks of vacation make for an ideal premise to reach that.

So, last Wednesday that gave us an extra reason to have a toast at the Coopers garden whilst kicking off the 2022 BBQ season. Even our former colleague Marino joined us in the evening. There were rotating grill masters, lively conversations, vino & delicacies, and many smiling faces – as our picture gallery shows.
