Swissness. In legal terms, the following conditions need to be met for a service to be considered Swiss and therefore designated as such: the company's head office must be located in Switzerland and the company must actually be managed from Switzerland. As a Swiss, owner-managed recruitment agency, we meet these requirements. The fact to be owner-managed allows us to put our business focus on the long run instead of having to think from quarter to quarter.  

But how is this reflected in our daily work in recruitment? For us, reliability, quality, humanity and a keen sense for people are what count most.
