Woohoo! We can no longer count it on the fingers of one hand - Coopers Group AG has been voted one of the "Best Recruiters in Switzerland 2023" for the sixth time in a row.
This result is from the joint survey conducted by the Handelszeitung and the statistics portal Statista, which annually identifies the best recruiting agencies in Switzerland. We are very excited to have maintained our rank on the top list this year – in fact, we have been awarded full points in all three categories this year:

Recruiting in challenging times
The Swiss labor market, like many other modern economies, is experiencing fundamental changes at the moment: an aging society, modern and more flexible lifestyles, advancing digitalization and a historic shortage of skilled workers.
This confronts recruiting with major challenges. Especially since the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (Seco) has reported full employment with an unemployment rate of 2.2% for the past year 2022. Finding new talent has thus become an extremely challenging task for many companies. The healthcare sector as well as IT and engineering are particularly affected.
