Refer a Friend

("Is it this one, who... is sitting at her desk" – admittedly, a rather poor translation of the iconic line in the song "Die Da!?!)

With the Fanta 4 smash hit in our ears, we would like to revisit our Coopers Referral Program Refer a Friend. Because recommendations from people close to you play a major role in filling vacancies – especially in times of skill shortages when employees are not dependent on a new job. A hint from friends, family, acquaintances or (former) colleagues can quickly lead to a hire that would not have come about otherwise.

With personal recommendations, the level of trust is higher for everyone involved. Experience has shown that the entire recruiting process runs more smoothly and quickly when a candidate is recommended based on a personal referral.

We reward a successful referral (permanent job or temporary assignment of at least three months) for one of our jobs with a budget of CHF 500.00, which you can spend on fulfilling a wish of yours – like Mugunthan, who took his family to the Europa Park, or Didem, who picked a voucher from My Theresa to elevate her wardrobe.
