Product Deployer (Concretes, cements & building materials)

m/w/d, Bern

Execute the implementation and production of Sustainable Solutions in order to deliver to clients the latest innovations and increase profitability worldwide. Our client is a globally operating construction materials retailer based in Bern.

Main Accountabilities:

Coordinate the sustainable solutions deployment with operations and/or 3^rd party in order to increase profitability through effective deployment of innovative products
Participate in the management and planning of assigned projects in order to ensure proper execution from end to end
Be the technical expert / main point of contact for all innovative products and solutions
Ensure acceptance, validation, and certification of selected technologies for proper execution and success of the projects
Accompany prescriber in early conversion process to support/contribute building and strengthening the relationship with clients
Establish a network with Operations (technical, production, procurement, prescription) to ensure operational readiness and to deliver on the promise
Lead training sessions for operators / technical teams in order to increase their knowledge of sustainable solutions

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or relevant qualification
3 years of experience working in cement, concrete, or R&D; or in sustainable construction
Advanced proficiency in English, Spanish would be a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively represent the executive
Strong presentation skills, adept at public speaking, and self-motivated
