Salesforce Application Developer

m/w/d, Bern

For our client in the insurance industry in Bern, we are looking for an experienced, motivated, and open-minded Salesforce Application Developer with approximately 3-5 years of professional experience.

As part of the CRM capabilities enhancement, a pilot project will be conducted to introduce Lead Management and a context-based 360° customer view (both private individuals and businesses) on the Salesforce platform already in use within the marketing department. To achieve this, backend and frontend development will be required to enable a seamless lead management process—from capture to evaluation.

Your Responsibilities:

Support the development and customization of Salesforce applications
Assist in integrating Salesforce with other systems
Conduct testing and quality assurance processes
Document development processes and solutions
Support user training and contribute to user manual creation
Participate in team meetings and actively contribute ideas

Your Profile:

Minimum 3 years of experience in application development
Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
Experience in backend and frontend development for Salesforce (especially UI and reporting)
Knowledge of database technologies
Understanding of software development processes and methodologies
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Willingness for continuous learning and development
Fluent English is required; German skills are an advantage
