SAP Project Manager / Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and implement SAP solutions to enhance business performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify improvement areas and develop strategies.
• Lead and manage SAP projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee and process change requests effectively.
• Analyze current business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Design SAP solutions tailored to specific business needs and ensure successful implementation.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans to ensure system functionality.
• Provide training, support, and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
• Collaborate with external SAP partners and coordinate tasks.
• Support ongoing audits and ensure compliance with validation requirements.
• Ensure that SAP software is consistently updated and remains in a validated state.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Project Manager or Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture and product portfolio.
• Deep knowledge of SAP modules, particularly FI, CO, SD, and MM; customization experience and certification are a plus.
• Proven experience in delivering successful SAP projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English, with conversational German being a strong asset.
