Our Vision for 2025: Focus on Industry Specialization

So we kicked off in full swing. In 2025, we keep sharpening our strategic focus on the IT, life sciences and engineering sectors. In 2025, we want to continue to establish ourselves as a reliable recruiting partner and provide our clients and candidates with even more targeted support. This not only requires us to adapt to dynamic market requirements, but to consistently develop our internal processes and skills as well.

The job market in Switzerland will continue to face significant challenges in 2025, particularly in the areas of IT, life sciences and engineering. The shortage of qualified personnel will remain a dominant issue, while the demand for specialized skills will continue to rise. Companies must remain agile and find innovative ways to attract and retain talent.

Cooper's Spirit: Spending Time Together Creates Bonds

How we maintain our corporate culture? It is the little moments, like lunch together, a quick chat in the hallway and time spent together, that connect us. That is why the apéro in January was an additional highlight of the team meeting. It provided an opportunity to chat with colleagues from other branches in a relaxed atmosphere. As the photo gallery below shows, we really enjoyed it.

Outlook 2025

As we look ahead towards the new year, we feel motivated and excited about pursuing existing projects and developing new ones (the pipeline is already packed). Artificial intelligence plays an important role in this. A brief survey at the team meeting showed that over 80% of our team uses AI in their daily work. Smart integration of different applications allows us to work more efficiently and gives us more time to nurture personal relationships. Hopefully with you too.
