This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing cleaning operations in a GMP-compliant manufacturing environment, particularly within a startup-phase mammalian asset. The expert will manage cleaning processes, ensure regulatory compliance, lead operational teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing cleaning operations.

Main Responsibilities

Cleaning Operations & Compliance: Oversee and optimize GMP-compliant cleaning processes, ensuring proper documentation, execution, and audit readiness.
Process Improvement & Risk Management: Drive continuous improvements using Lean Six Sigma, conduct risk assessments, and lead corrective actions for cleaning operations.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with MSAT, QA, and validation teams, train production staff, and represent manufacturing in internal projects and audits.

Must-Haves

GMP & Compliance Expertise: Strong knowledge of GMP regulations, cleaning validation, and documentation requirements.
Process Optimization & Leadership: Experience in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
Operational & Technical Knowledge: Background in manufacturing operations (e.g., Bioprocess Engineer, Manufacturing Specialist) with expertise in quality and compliance elements.
