Join a dynamic team in Lead Discovery within pRED's Small Molecule Research department, where you'll play a key role in advancing transformative medicines. This is an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technologies, contributing to groundbreaking neuroscience projects by cultivating and differentiating iPSCs, optimizing assay and screening conditions, and collaborating with experts in automation and cell biology.

Contract: 03/03/2025 to 02/03/2026

Location: Basel

Languages: English, German is a plus

Responsibilities

Conduct iPSC differentiation and perform advanced cell culture experiments, including larger-scale applications.
Drive exploratory projects to demonstrate the value of phenotypic drug discovery in therapeutic innovation.
Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to deliver impactful results.

Must-Haves

Apprenticeship with 3+ years of experience, Master’s degree with 1+ year of experience, or PhD in a relevant field.
Proficiency in advanced cell culture techniques, including iPSC differentiation and large-scale cell culture.
Strong communication skills, scientific curiosity, and ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
