Our client, a global leader in the pharmaceutical and diagnostics industry, is seeking an experienced Business Process Manager to join their team in Rotkreuz. This role involves leading global initiatives, optimizing enterprise asset management processes, and driving sustainability in waste management. Background:
The Global Business Process Management Chapter - Site Operations is part of the Global Process Enablement Site Network organization. Main task of the chapter is to support the client's Sites Network or global processes with Business Process Management expertise. The focus is on process consulting, continuous process improvement and solution optimization.
We are looking for somebody to support our chapter in the various areas where we are engaged. You will be working in close collaboration with different global and local teams across the client's Sites Network.
Responsibilities include supporting the process areas in the standardization and optimization of processes for Enterprise Asset Management, Site SHE and Waste Management.

The perfect candidate:
The ideal candidate has a strong track record of leading global teams and global initiatives, both in an agile environment and in large traditional waterfall projects. A certification as a Project Management Professional, Scrum Master, or similar roles is a plus. Experience with process excellence tools, such as process analysis, Lean Management, or Six Sigma, is also an advantage for the role. All skills and competencies are developed as a seasoned expert in the respective field on a solid foundation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global initiatives within an agile environment, collaborating with business and IT teams.
- Develop and optimize end-to-end processes for integrated waste management and circular economy strategies.
- Ensure global process standardization and efficiency in alignment with Roche’s architecture.
- Build and maintain a strong global network to drive best practices and harmonization.
- Coach cross-functional teams and manage the realization of prioritized backlogs in SAFe methodology.
Qualifications:
- University degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years with a Master’s degree.
- Proven strategic thinking in a global context.
- Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
- Expertise in process analysis, Lean Management, or Six Sigma is advantageous.
- Excellent networking skills, strong intercultural collaboration abilities, and a people-centric mindset
- You have demonstrated the ability to drive change by inspiring people with a passion for transformation and implementing robust processes to ensure the sustainability of change
