Dress Code
You don't need to wear a suit if you are applying for a position as Software Engineer, but do ensure you are well-groomed. Ideally, your outfit should match the job you are applying for. That is really a matter of taste. Take the photo in front of a neutral background and check that the photo has a high resolution.
