Benefit from the Training Allowance for Temporary Work
What is Temporary Employment?
Temporary work is a form of work in which employees work for a company for a limited period of time, but are employed by a temporary employment agency. This agency places employees with companies that have short-term staffing requirements. Temporary work offers flexibility for employees and companies to respond to fluctuating work requirements.
Training Grant for Temporary Employment
Did you know that Swissstaffing supports you financially with your further training? Really? — Yes, if you are subject to the collective employment agreement (CEA) and earn less than CHF 148,200 a year.
Contractors are often sceptical when they are offered a job that is subject to a collective labour agreement. This is actually a shame, as membership of a CEA offers numerous advantages, as the CEA has stricter provisions than the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) and provides particularly good protection for employees.
A CEA not only regulates the working conditions and relationships between the employer and employees, but also provides employees with better protection in the event of illness or accident. They also benefit from a good pension plan and are entitled to subsidized further training.
Temporary employees receive up to CHF 5,000 for further training and up to CHF 2,250 for wage loss! When it comes to further training, you can choose between language courses, occupational safety training, specialist further training and career advice.
The only condition: The courses must take place at a school recognized by temptraining. (Courses)
