Current Coopers Referral Program – One Night at the Hotel HUUS in Gstaad
In our current referral program, the reward for a successful lead is an overnight stay at the beautiful Hotel HUUS in Gstaad. In March, we had our two-day Coopers team event there and everyone really liked it. Therefore, we feel really good with this incentive – you can trust us like we trust you; which, in the end, is what the referral program is all about: trust.
Enjoy an overnight stay for two in this modern design hotel, including a delicious breakfast buffet the next morning! The HUUS also offers a relaxing spa, excellent cuisine, and a bar with a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the sunset behind the mountains of the idyllic Bernese Oberland sipping on an aperitif of your choice. The region offers so many possibilities during the day – from winter sports to hiking, river rafting or adventure tours in summer. It will certainly be an unforgettable trip.
What you need to do for it? The participation terms are simple:
Recommend someone from your network for one of our jobs. Simply send us an e-mail to office@coopers.ch with the name and address of the person. If they match a job, we will contact them. If your recommendation leads to a placement or an assignment of at least three months, you can get started packing your suitcase for your stay at the HUUS.

The Coopers Referral Program
As recruiters we are always exploring new ways of finding suitable candidates for our clients. Reward Conditions
The profile of the recommended person must match one of our current open positions on our website. Following the application process the recommended person must receive a permanent or short-term contract. The duration of the short-term contract must be a minimum of three months. Please note that the referral program reward is handed out three months after the person started their job, independently of the contract length.
