Editorial Assistant

Our client - an globally active pharma companie - is looking for support within their communications & pubic affairs Team.

Start Date: 05/08/2024
End Date: 04/08/2025 (with the option of extension)
Workload: 60-80%
Location: Basel (CH)
Work model: Contracting

Your Responsibilities:

Improving opening and click-through rate from 1% to 3% to 5% of the companies Newsletter with global subscribers
Managing websites and various in-boxes under the companies newsletter department
Align with Japanese/Chinese/German colleagues (m/f/d) for checks of stories and to keep the website and social media assets clean from typos, order and tech issues
Support with the production, photography, pre-edit, transcripts and translations of the companies podcast within biweekly meetings
Check print publications on the companies Campus (weekly round) and contact for reprints and distribution
Provide seamless communication with the data team

Your Profile:

University degree
5 to 10 years in an agency or media company with editorial/ writer/ journalist background & knowledge
Fluent speaking and writing skills english and german language skills, French and other languages are a plus
Organizational and producing skills, writing, translating, editing (text, audio and film)
Hands-on, organizational & communicative personality
Business Trips organizations & coordination
Versatile, curious and open to new projects
