Global Pricing Manager

m/w/d, Zürich

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Lead for Global Pricing and Access Strategies to drive pricing decisions across a portfolio of in-line assets. This individual will be instrumental in enabling global patient access while maximizing the value of our products. The role involves developing and executing innovative pricing strategies, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and navigating complex global pricing environments to influence key market access outcomes.

Contract until: 31/10/2025 

Location: Zurich

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    Lead the development and implementation of global pricing and access strategies aligned with overall program and brand objectives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with Global, Regional, and Country teams to support pricing research, International Reference Pricing (IRP) analysis, and lifecycle management (LCM) strategies, including loss of exclusivity (LOE) planning.

  • Competitive Intelligence & Decision Support:
    Analyze market trends, competitor pricing (including biosimilars and generics), and global reimbursement dynamics to inform pricing decisions and support reimbursement negotiations.


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:
    University degree required; Master’s or PhD in Healthcare, Business, or related field preferred. Minimum of 8–10 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a global pricing or market access role.

  • Expertise in Global Pricing:
    Deep knowledge of international pricing and reimbursement systems, including pricing policy, market interdependencies, and IRP mechanisms.

  • Strategic & Analytical Skills:
    Proven ability to lead complex decision-making processes, conduct multi-factorial analysis, and drive impactful strategies in dynamic and uncertain environments.
